This was awesome, …
This was awesome, but the announcer. He obviously wanted the rams to win. What the fuck

Yeah, he’d done the …
Yeah, he’d done the same thing in the snow after Vinatieri kicked the game winner against the Raiders in OT in the infamous “tuck rule” game. I guess he had the urge to relive his snow angel after another Vinatieri game winning kick.

All you patriot …
All you patriot haters, off. The Patriots are by far the best team of this decade.

the patriots would …
the patriots would have won if they ran the ball more they were leading in the 4th quarter and only ran it like 3 times. I understand Brady is great but you don’t have to pass it 50 times in a game.

Thank you!…..NY …
Thank you!…..NY fans seem to forget that!
Yes the Pats lost…..but their final record was 18-1…..the Giants were 13-6…I think….in any case…the Pats broke all the records….
The Yankees had to win one game….and lost 4 in a row….thats a choke

Actual I’m a one …
Actual I’m a one step Texans fan, failure. However I did that wiki search of sports choke and the patriots were nowhere to be mentioned. They did mention the Cowboys twice citing their inability to win in December/playoffs, then they cited the Seahawks 06 playoff game as a sports choke.
But really why do you go on other pages to hate? It sounds like your taking out your frustration on the Patriots. It’s kind of sad to just go on pages to hate and not even be intelligent about it.

Before the Lakers …
Before the Lakers won game 6 they were selling Lakers championship books. The GIANTS even had a book you could order on pre-sale. And everyone gave the Giants a chance, because everyone watched them play New England hard in week 17. I still say it’s not a choke because that takes credit away from the GIants. Chokes are the Mavricks in the 07 playoffs, the Yankees in the 04 ALCS, the Red Sox in the 86 World Series. Losing to a team that played better then you, not a choke.

You can’t say …
You can’t say nobody gave the Giants a chance, there were tons of TV personalities that said the Giants would win. I still say it’s harder to choke in football then any other sport, because one bad game and you lose. Yeah they had the 18-0 record but you would be dumb to say the Patriots were invincible at that point. They barely beat the Ravens, Eagles, Giants all great defensive teams. It just caught up to them at the wrong time. And of course the Globe would start selling those books.

Actually it’s not …
Actually it’s not the biggest choke in sports history. That takes credit away from the Giants, the Giants outplayed the Patriots that night and won. If the Patriots jumped out to a 30 point lead then blew it you could say they choked. They just got out played. The biggest sports choke still belongs to the 2004 New York Yankees, blowing a 3-0 series lead to the Red Sox of all teams. When you have 4 chances to advance and blow them all, then you choked.

I understand what …
I understand what you mean, but its Both an Upset and Choke. Giants Upset Patriots. And Patriots Choked the Perfect season.
When you beat every team 18 and 0 and Break so many NFL Records for Points scored and Win Differential and Only need One more win to Complete the Perfect Season and you dont Hoist the Lombardi Trophy, its a Choke. Boston Globe sold 19-0 Unbeatable Patriots on Amazon before the SuperBowl. Nobody gave the giants a chance. 14 Point Fav and 1 more for Perfect season but CHOKE

Jeez Brendan. I was …
Jeez Brendan. I was just trying to make a point and you get all mad and what not. By the way, besides the Patriots and the Dolphins, the Browns went undeafated sometime in the 40’s or 50’s, i forgot when. Don’t think that was part of the subject, but just putting it out there.
gfscarface13 on January 2nd, 2010 at 4:43 pm #
Oh really. Going 18 …
Oh really. Going 18 and 0 and the whole world gave you the Perfect season already. Your newspaper were so cocky they wrote 19 and 0 the Unbeatable Patriots and sold them on Amazon before the SuperBowl.
One more win for the PERFECT SEASON…………..but……….patriots CHOKED
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
pats fans were so ignorant, remembering them thinking the Perfect Season was in the bag. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I haven’t heard from them.

Trying to make fun …
Trying to make fun of the Pats by saying they choked is like calling a thin guy “fat”. It just has no effect.
Especially when the Cowboys themselves ACTUALLY choke every year in the playoffs led by the biggest choker in the NFL Tony Romo. Face it, you’re not winning a SB anytime soon.
I used to think L.A. fans were the dumbest but I’m quickly thinking that Dallas fans are even dumber.
